The main chef at Hotel Höfn in Hornafjörður Halldór has written a cookbook and he is famous for many of his courses, mainly made with langustines which Höfn in Hornafjörður is famous for. Here is a very easy recipe from Halldór from his cookbook. 


A delicious pesto sauce made with wild sorrell picked from the mountains around Höfn. Very easy to make and very good both on bread and pasta and chicken.
