Vogafjos with the view

At the restaurant Vogafjós at Lake Mývatn some of the tables in the restaurant are situated at large windows opening up into the cowshed so that you can watch the cows being milked while feasting on the restaurants local home grown and home made food, for example Geysir bread which they bake in the ground in the geothermal heat.
Smoked lamb and trout and homemade ice cream. Everything is homemade at the farm. Quite an experience.
