Höfn in Hornafjörður is known as the lobster capital of Iceland.
At The Hotel Höfn in Hornafjörður, Halldór, the main chef there is famous for his fish recipes, mostly made with langustines. He has written a cookbook where he shows how he makes his famous dishes. And one of the recipies in the book is the fried Plaice. He took us down to the harbour and there he showed us how to prepare the fish and it is very delicious.
